The Challenge
Stewart International Airport in Hudson Valley, NY, sought to improve its atmosphere by creating a cleaner, friendlier place for travelers.  With more than 500,000 passengers traveling through Stewart annually, the airport needed to be an exceptionally clean facility and welcoming environment.  The general manager was receiving customer complaints on issues such as unsanitary restrooms and soiled carpets.  He needed to make improvements, and quickly.  One of his first changes to improve customer satisfaction was to hire OneSource as the exclusive, full-service facilities maintenance provider.

 

The Solution
